TEAM PHILOSOPHY

In conjunction with the Mason County Schools athletic philosophy, our programs will develop and promote:

• The opportunity to participate in sports that offer both individual and team challenges.

• Individual goal setting that allows for personal achievement based on talent, commitment, and work ethic. 

• Knowledge of an appropriate training program, proper nutrition, suitable equipment, and injury prevention. All essential components of a successful life long athlete. 

• Training that is designed to prepare the student athlete not only for the physical requirements, but the mental toughness to be successful.

• The characteristics of a model student athlete that include respect, integrity, sportsmanship, self-confidence, leadership, team loyalty, responsibility, and Royal Pride. Together We Win.
